My heart rate is 116 per minute and my ecg shows sinus tachycardia. Is it dangerous ? How to reduce heart rate without medication. I am under medication for hypertension and diabetes since 5 yrs. I am taking telma 40 mg for diabetes and amaryl m 1 mg morning for diabetes. My hb a1c is 6.3. My hb count is 16.4. High hb count and high heart rate is dangerous ? Please advise.
