I f by increasing/changing dose of Gemer you are not getting good control then probably time has come to change your treatment on the basis of your proper BSF/PP, liver,kidney ,heart,Hba1c reports.

Weight loosing is because of diabetes. Needs to take medicines regularly and do exercise regularly. Try to keep sugar level in normal limits.
I have dibetis from since 8 years. Now am using gemer ds 2.previusly used gemer 1.now sugar level is 230.
