Should I change any medicines and how is androanagen as compared to keraglow men

i started my hair treatment with minoxidil 2% for first month n then for second month i used amecidel 5% ( recommended by dr.) but in case of amexidel when i use it my hairs become rough and hard and also facing some itchiness on ear, not all time but some time it happens so is it ok ? some thing wrong. and the cure of minoxidil is temporary or permanent?
